Shipping Policy

At Baja Beach Co, we strive to ensure your orders are processed and delivered as efficiently as possible. Below is an outline of our shipping process:

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to AUSTRALIA, NZ & USA only.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day. 
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Typical delivery times to major areas are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: [5-7 business days]
  • Expedited Shipping: [2-3 business days]

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier issues or customs delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website or app using the provided tracking number. Check your email for the tracking information. 

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, or other fees depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Our Contact Us Page with your order details. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Lost items can take up to 30 days to be located or officially listed as lost by the carrier.

Return Eligibility

At Baja Beach Co, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please see our returns policy below. 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging, with all tags attached and boxes in tact.
  • Item must be either defective or incorrect to be eligible for a return.
  • We can not offer returns for change of mind at this stage.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Return shipping fee will be covered by us if item is incorrect or defective. 

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Item

  • Defective or incorrect items must be reported to our Contact Us Page within 48 hours of delivery to ensure your exchange is properly processed.
  • Please include a photo of the defected/damaged/incorrect item, along with your order number in the email. 

    Late or Missing Items

    At Baja Beach Co, we understand that receiving your items in a timely manner is important. If your order is delayed or missing, please review our policy below.

    Late Deliveries

    • Check the tracking information: Review the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your package’s status.
    • Allow additional time: Shipping delays can occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier issues. Please allow an extra 5 business days for delivery.
    • Contact us: If your package still hasn’t arrived after the additional time, contact our customer support team at our Contact Us Page with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the delay and provide a resolution.

    Missing Items

    • Check the packaging: Some items may be shipped separately. Review your shipping confirmation email for details, as multiple packages may be involved.
    • Contact us: If the missing item was supposed to be included in your shipment, contact us at our Contact Us Page with your order number and the details of the missing item. We will investigate the issue and ensure the item is shipped or provide an appropriate solution.

    Lost Packages

    • Check your surroundings: Verify if the package was left in a secure location, such as a porch, garage, or with a neighbor.
    • Contact the carrier: Reach out to the carrier using your tracking information to see if they have additional details about the delivery.
    • Contact us: If your package is still missing after checking with the carrier, please contact us at our Contact Us Page. We will open a case with the carrier and take necessary action, which may include replacing the lost items or issuing a refund.

    Damaged Packages

    • Document the damage: Take photos of the damaged packaging and items.
    • Contact us: Send the photos and your order number to our Contact Us Page within 48 hours of receiving the damaged package. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the damaged items or providing a refund.

    Exceptions

    • Baja Beach Co is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
    • We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery. In such cases, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

    Resolution Process

    For all cases of late or missing items, we aim to resolve the issue within 10 business days of receiving your inquiry. Resolution options may include reshipping the missing items or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.

    Return Process

    To initiate a return, follow these steps:

    • Contact us at our Contact Us Page with your order number and reason for the return.
    • We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how and where to send your items.

    Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
    • If rejected, we will contact you with details on why the item was not accepted for return.

    Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at our Contact Us Page.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    • Check your bank account or payment method.
    • Contact your bank or credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at our Contact Us Page.
